// The lab

Skill lives in the hands.
We record it.

datamore is a data lab for physical AI. We capture how skilled people really work, so robots and world models can learn from them.

Machines can read every book ever written. They have never watched a plasterer set a joint, a nurse turn a patient or a chef break down a fish. That knowledge sits in people, not documents. We go and get it, with their consent and on their terms.

// Mission

Make human skill the most valuable training data in AI, and make sure the people behind it share in what it earns.

[01]
Capture

First-person recordings of real jobs, made by the people who do them.

[02]
Verify

Every hour checked by an expert in the trade before it reaches a lab.

[03]
Pay

Contributors paid per approved hour, and again when their hours are licensed.

// Principles

Built with the people who do the work, not taken from them.

[01]
Consent first

Nothing is recorded, shared or sold without a clear, signed yes from the worker.

[02]
Open to every lab

No exclusive owner. Qualified labs license the library on the same terms.

[03]
Credit the crew

Every dataset carries the trade, the region and the hands that made it.

// Where we are
Built in Australia. Open to every lab.

We started on construction sites, where the skill is real and the footage is missing. Everything runs through this site: briefs, applications and enquiries.

// Work with us
Experts, builders, labs and engineers.
