What we collect

Contributor name, contact details, trade and location; the recordings you upload; signed consent and site-permission records; bank details for payouts; and, for labs, organisation and billing details.

How recordings are used

Recordings are reviewed by an expert in the trade, annotated, and licensed to approved labs to train AI and robotics models. Labs may not resell recordings or use them outside their licence.

Faces and bystanders

Faces of anyone who has not consented are blurred before licensing. Site owners must agree to recording. Anyone shown can ask for removal through the contact form.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your hours from future licences. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, and the GDPR where it applies.

Terms

Contributors

You keep ownership of your recordings and grant datamore a licence to verify, annotate and sublicense them. You are paid A$20 per approved hour, weekly, plus 10% of every licence fee. You must have permission to record on each site.

Labs

Licences cover training and evaluating models only. No resale, no attempts to identify people, and no use against the contributors who made the data. datamore may audit use on reasonable notice.

Safety

Recording never overrides site safety rules. Stop recording whenever a site supervisor, client or co-worker asks.
